I’ve been passionate about fitness since I was 12, inspired by the Arnold Schwarzenegger encyclopedia. After suffering a broken back at 14 and a neck injury that almost paralyzed me at 23, I was told I’d never compete again.
Despite being told I could never return to sports, I rebuilt my body, going from 29% body fat back to peak fitness. Over the years, I've helped clients recover from traumatic brain injuries and regain mobility, and I’m dedicated to helping others believe in themselves and make fitness a lifelong tradition.

Christina Valladares is a dedicated CrossFit coach with over a decade of experience, specializing in training children and individuals with special needs. Her passion for inclusive fitness is deeply rooted in her educational background, holding a bachelor's degree in Special Education ( with certification K-12) and Elementary Education from Plymouth State University in New Hampshire.
Building on her expertise, Christina earned a Master's degree in Special Education from the University of Saint Joseph in Connecticut and completed an Administration program with a 092 certification from Southern Connecticut State University. Currently, she works as a special education teacher for an online high school based in Arizona.
Over the past 10 years, Christina has focused primarily on coaching CrossFit for kids and children with special needs. In the last 8 months, she has expanded her coaching to include adult clients, finding immense joy in helping adults achieve their fitness goals at CFT. Christina has her Level 2 CrossFit certification.
When she's not coaching or teaching, Christina enjoys life in Port St. Lucie with her husband Marcos and two beloved Persian cats, Lu and Stu.

Patrick is a highly experienced and passionate fitness professional with over 30 years of experience in training and coaching. As a Level 3 Certified CrossFit Trainer, he is relentless in his pursuit of knowledge to help clients reach their full potential.
In addition to his L3 certification, Patrick holds 13 additional CrossFit credentials, demonstrating his deep commitment to continuous learning and excellence in coaching.
With a strong passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals, Patrick combines expertise, dedication, and a results-driven approach to empower individuals of all levels. Whether working with beginners or seasoned athletes, he is committed to guiding his clients toward success through expert programming, personalized coaching, and unwavering support.

Michelle earned her CrossFit Level 2 in 2017. With over 20 years of experience, she is an endurance expert and fitness enthusiast. A former collegiate swimmer and rugby player, she has completed multiple Ironman races, the RAAM, and ultra-runs. She has also been an educator for over 15 years, teaching Intensive Reading and Science in St. Lucie County while coaching local cross country, track, and swimming teams.
Michelle has completed CrossFit Endurance, USA Track & Field Level 1, and USA Triathlon, along with an NSCA CSCS credential that she’s had for 23 years. She has trained a wide range of athletes, from beginner 5K runners to elite triathletes, swimmers, tennis players, ultra runners, and endurance cyclists. She’s owned several fitness businesses and loves sharing her expertise with the members at CrossFit Tradition.
With a degree in Exercise Science and Wellness Education and a master’s in Marriage & Family Therapy in progress, Michelle combines grit, knowledge, and humor in her training. Outside of work, she’s proud of her two children at the University of Florida and her husband, Andres, of 26 years. Whether you’re lifting, running, or doing a WOD, Michelle is there to push you beyond your limits – with a smile!

Becky is super stoked to be a part of the coaching crew here!
She has been hooked on CrossFit since 2012, anyone else remember their first WOD? Hers was “Rahoi” an AMRAP of box jumps, thrusters, and burpees OH MY! She was instantly addicted! There’s nothing she loves more than helping new members crush their goals and discover just how capable they truly are. 💪
Becky has completed her CFL1, USAW L1, and CrossFit Kids credentials. She has even thrown down at CrossFit Regionals and USAW Nationals back in the day. Becky is a firm believer in constant growth, both in the gym and out, so she is always working on leveling up her fitness, her knowledge, and her ability to connect with others.
When she’s not coaching or training, you can find her one-wheeling, mountain biking, tackling Tactical Games competitions, surfing, traveling, or just having a blast with her two kiddos! Let’s get after it! 🔥

Ryan has been hooked on CrossFit since stepping into his first box in May 2012.
He’s passionate about how functional movements translate into everyday life, and the science behind CrossFit’s methodology keeps him coming back year after year. While there have been breaks in his training, he’s always known CrossFit is something he’ll do for life—it’s changed the way he moves and experiences the world.
He’s been part of CrossFit Tradition for over a year and is set to earn his CFL1 in 2025. He has also completed the 12 week coaches program at CFT.
His favorite part of coaching? Watching members surprise themselves with what they’re capable of and seeing that strength carry over beyond the gym.
Outside of CrossFit, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, Kristin, and their 10-year-old black lab, Drake. His current fitness focus is on sharpening his gymnastics skills.
