This is truly the best CrossFit gym around. The programming is excellent, the community is welcoming and supportive, and the coaches are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your growth, both inside and outside the gym. I’ve been part of this community for more than 6 years, and it has become so much more than just a place to work out. This place has seriously reinvigorated my passion for working out. The whole staff are fantastic, motivating, and helpful with nailing down the movements. They also host a lot of events outside of traditional WODs. They even have a shower (ok maybe not a big deal for some, but it is for me!) Very friendly and welcoming community!
