The CFT Committed Club!
What is the “Committed Club?”
The committed club is a month to month, quarterly and yearly attendance and check in program designed to encourage regular attendance and consistency! To be in the club you must attend and check into 16+ classes per month.

Monthly – At the end of each month, we will recognize the monthly committed club. Check our website, social media channels and SugarWOD to see who made the committed club for that month.
Quarterly – At the end of each quarter (3-month period), we will recognize the quarterly committed club. All members of the committed club for that quarter will be entered into a raffle to win some sweet prizes. Example: Everyone who attends at least 16 classes EACH in January, February, and March will be recognized in the 1st quarter committed club and will be entered into the quarterly raffle.
Quarter 1 – January, February, March
Quarter 2 – April, May, June
Quarter 3 – July, August, September
Quarter 4 – October, November, December
Yearly – At the end of 2020, we will recognize and reward the individuals who have been in the committed club for all 12 months of 2018. This means you will have to get at least 15 visits in EACH of the 12 calendar months of 2018.
Quarterly – We will raffle off 2, $50 CFT gift cards which can be gifted, used towards membership or for any specialty program, or used towards a retail purchase.
Yearly – Everyone that remains in the committed club for the entire 12 months of 2020 will earn a limited-edition, CFT Committed Club t-shirt and mega bragging rights! We also will raffle off 2, Free Months of Unlimited CrossFit to be used in 2021!
SHOW UP AND CHECK IN! – you MUST check in using Zen Planner in order for your visit to count towards your monthly total.
COME TO ANY CFT CLASS – CrossFit, Fit 45, Weightlifting etc will count as a visit, just remember to sign in on Zen Planner. If you do 2 classes in 1 day that counts as 2 visits!
YOU CANNOT ROLL YOUR EXTRA VISITS INTO THE NEXT MONTH OR QUARTER – Although being extra committed is super awesome you cannot roll those extra days to the following month.. Maybe think about taking an active recovery “rest” day and use all that fitness outside the gym!
YOU ARE THE ONLY PERSON THAT CAN CHECK YOURSELF IN – You are responsible for signing in each day so please remember to do this BEFORE every class and on Saturday / Sunday. If you forget to sign in, you cannot have a coach or friend check you in that day.
